1. Acceptatie van voorwaarden
Door BalansCoach Pro te gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met deze gebruiksvoorwaarden. Als u niet akkoord gaat, gebruik de app dan niet.
2. Abonnement: BalansCoach Pro Premium
Abonnementsdetails:
- Naam: BalansCoach Pro Premium
- Prijs: €4,99 per maand
- Duur: 1 maand (automatisch verlengend)
- Gratis versie: 5 AI-analyses per dag
- Premium versie: Onbeperkte AI-analyses
2.1 Automatische verlenging
Uw abonnement wordt automatisch maandelijks verlengd totdat u opzegt. U wordt 24 uur voor het einde van de huidige periode opnieuw gefactureerd.
2.2 Opzeggen
U kunt op elk moment opzeggen via:
- iPhone Instellingen → Uw naam → Abonnementen → BalansCoach Pro → Opzeggen
- Of via de App Store app → Account (profielicoon) → Abonnementen
Let op: Opzegging moet minimaal 24 uur vóór het einde van de huidige periode plaatsvinden om de volgende betaling te vermijden.
2.3 Terugbetalingen
Terugbetalingen worden afgehandeld volgens het beleid van Apple. Over het algemeen:
- Geen terugbetaling voor lopende abonnementsperiode
- Bij technische problemen: neem contact op met onze support
- Voor terugbetalingsverzoeken: reportaproblem.apple.com
2.4 Gratis proefperiode
Als wij een gratis proefperiode aanbieden:
- U wordt pas gefactureerd na afloop van de proefperiode
- Zeg op vóór het einde van de proef om facturering te vermijden
- Bij annulering tijdens de proef: toegang tot premium functies eindigt direct
3. Gebruik van de app
3.1 Gebruiksrecht
Wij verlenen u een beperkt, niet-exclusief, niet-overdraagbaar recht om BalansCoach Pro te gebruiken voor persoonlijk, niet-commercieel gebruik.
3.2 Verboden gebruik
U mag de app niet gebruiken voor:
- Illegale activiteiten
- Reverse engineering of decompileren van de app
- Automatische systemen om data te scrapen
- Het verspreiden van schadelijke code (virussen, malware)
- Inbreuk maken op rechten van anderen
4. Medische disclaimer
⚠️ Belangrijk: BalansCoach Pro is een wellness-tool en vervangt geen medisch advies, diagnose of behandeling.
- Raadpleeg altijd een arts voor medische beslissingen
- De app geeft algemene voedingsinformatie, geen medische aanbevelingen
- Bij gezondheidsproblemen: zoek professionele hulp
- AI-analyses kunnen fouten bevatten
5. Gebruikerscontent
U behoudt alle rechten op uw content (foto's, stemopnames, recepten). Door de app te gebruiken, geeft u ons wel:
- Toestemming om uw content te verwerken voor AI-analyse
- Toestemming om anonieme, geaggregeerde data te gebruiken voor app-verbetering
Wij claimen geen eigendom over uw persoonlijke content.
6. Beschikbaarheid en wijzigingen
- Wij streven naar 99% uptime, maar garanderen dit niet
- De app kan tijdelijk onbeschikbaar zijn door onderhoud
- Wij kunnen functies toevoegen, wijzigen of verwijderen
- Bij grote wijzigingen worden gebruikers vooraf op de hoogte gesteld
7. Aansprakelijkheid
BalansCoach Pro wordt geleverd "zoals het is". Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor:
- Directe of indirecte schade door gebruik van de app
- Onjuiste voedingsinformatie gegenereerd door AI
- Dataverlies door technische problemen
- Gezondheidsschade door het volgen van app-adviezen
Onze maximale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat u in de laatste 12 maanden heeft betaald.
8. Intellectuele eigendom
Alle rechten op de app, inclusief code, design, logo's en content, behoren toe aan BalansCoach Pro. Wederrechtelijk kopiëren is verboden.
9. Beëindiging
Wij kunnen uw toegang beëindigen bij:
- Schending van deze voorwaarden
- Misbruik van de app
- Frauduleuze activiteiten
Bij beëindiging verliest u toegang tot uw data. Maak regelmatig back-ups.
10. Toepasselijk recht
Deze voorwaarden vallen onder Nederlands recht. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.
11. Wijzigingen in voorwaarden
Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden wijzigen. Bij significante wijzigingen sturen we een melding via de app. Blijvend gebruik na wijziging betekent acceptatie.

2.1 Automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews monthly until you cancel. You will be charged again 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2.2 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time via:
- iPhone Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → BalansCoach Pro → Cancel
- Or via the App Store app → Account (profile icon) → Subscriptions
Note: Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.
2.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Apple's policy. Generally:
- No refund for current subscription period
- For technical issues: contact our support
- For refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com
2.4 Free trial period
If we offer a free trial period:
- You will only be charged after the trial ends
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
- If cancelled during trial: access to premium features ends immediately
3. Use of the app
3.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use BalansCoach Pro for personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 Prohibited use
You may not use the app for:
- Illegal activities
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the app
- Automated systems to scrape data
- Distributing harmful code (viruses, malware)
- Infringing on others' rights

5. User content
You retain all rights to your content (photos, voice recordings, recipes). By using the app, you grant us:
- Permission to process your content for AI analysis
- Permission to use anonymous, aggregated data for app improvement
We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
6. Availability and changes
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee it
- The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance
- We may add, modify, or remove features
- Users will be notified in advance of major changes
7. Liability
BalansCoach Pro is provided "as is". We are not liable for:
- Direct or indirect damage from using the app
- Incorrect nutrition information generated by AI
- Data loss due to technical problems
- Health damage from following app advice
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the app, including code, design, logos, and content, belong to BalansCoach Pro. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access if:
- You violate these terms
- You misuse the app
- You engage in fraudulent activities
Upon termination, you lose access to your data. Make regular backups.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
11. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms. For significant changes, we will send a notification via the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
